MUSTER

MUSTER provides opportunities for clients to receive one-on-one assistance to improve work readiness, career pathway planning and employment related information.

The MUSTER program for Mutual Understanding, Support, Tolerance, Engagement and Respect is funded by the Department of Social Services to assist migrants who have been in Australia for more than five years to find employment.

The program provides advice and support to migrants who fall outside of the eligibility of settlement services via SETS or are at risk of long term unemployment.

MUSTER provides opportunities for clients to receive one-on-one assistance to improve work readiness, career pathway planning and employment related information. Assistance is given to individuals and communities to connect with mainstream organisations to assist their employment pathways and engage with suitable volunteer mentors and training.
